Office of the Commissioner

8/10/08- I wanted to congratulate Roy Andrews and his Zephyrs for winning back-to-back titles. In 5 years of MLP play, we have had 2 teams win back-to-back. While the Zephyrs boast about a dynasty, runner-up Rock Hounds will be leaving Texas for their new home in Virginia. It was a great year. We had so many teams playing for a playoff spot until the last very day- and only a tie-breaker cleared the dust there. See you next April!

Gary's Corner

7/3/08- Hi everyone. First, I would like to thank John for the chance to be the new MLP Senator. Now down to business, as the playoffs approach, a few teams are already looking to clean out their locker rooms. The final weekend is looking to be very exciting for a few other teams. With no clear cut winner in any league and about 10 teams playing for those 6 playoff spots, it is anyone guess who will grab them. Well, have a great weekend and you will hear back from me soon. Maybe the Senator will even give his playoff predictions.
