TOTAL SPORTS BUREAU
What is the Bureau?
The Bureau was created prior to the 2003 season. Before its advent, the Commissioner was in charge of all the decision-making. Since the league had grown and gotten more competitive, it was decided by the Commissioner to open up critical decisions with league-savy players.
In 2007, the Bureau was changed so that it reflected all the sports in the Total Sports Confederation, not just PFL. Each bureau member is responsible for assisting one of our leagues. These members are called Senators.
The Bureau is made up of the following offices: Total Sports Commissioner and Senators
The Commissioner is the founder and therefore keeps this office for life. The Commissioner is in charge of creating schedules, maintaining stats, upkeeping the website, listening/responding to complaints, and proposing new or changed rules.
The Senators are appointed by the Commissioner. Senators exemplify the near-consumate role models for others to look up to. They show the spirit and willingness to make Total Sports more fun, fair, and "futuristic". . Senators may be voted out of the Bureau by its other members by a 100% vote. The Commissioner does have the power though to remove a Senator (without a vote) if he deems the Senator a detriment to the Bureau or does not follow through with his senatorial duties.
Bureau Rules/Procedures
Meetings are held sparingly in the TS Chatroom. It is open to ALL TS members-bureau or non-bureau. However, voting is done anonymously, through emails. Meetings will last approximately one hour and have at least one topic of focus. Discussion is informal. Most "meetings" are done via email-where all members are asked to discuss issues by replying to all. This is done because of our busy lives and drastic time zones.
Voting is simple, we use simple majority of all Bureau members. If a vote involves one league, that respective Senator has the power of 2 votes. The Commissioner does not vote, unless a tie-breaker is needed.
| COMMISSIONER |
 | John Krygier - is the founder of this league many years ago. He has always enjoyed creating leagues with friends over anything. He is not a big fan of Fantasy Leagues because they stress individual stats over rooting for teams. He use to play a pick'em league with the Arena League on the internet which has similar rules to the future PFL. However, he was distressed to find that the league started charging high prices and dropped out quickly. It was his goal to create his own league that was affordable (non-profit), competitive, and fun. John resides in the great Garden State- home of the largest property tax rates. He's been married to RoseAnn since 2001 and has one son, Garrett, and one chocolate lab, Nestle. John is a fifth grade teacher.

| NATIONAL BASKETBALL PICKS ASSOCIATION SENATOR |
 | Frank Ward - Been in the league since 2001. Play in PFL, basketball and baseball
league. Looking forward to the golf league.
Lived in Texas for all of life. Got a wild hair, sold everything,
quit job of 20+ years moved wife and sons to Hawaii (with no
resistance)two years ago. Used to be pretty conservative as a Texan,
wife even more so. As of February, we both now have tattoos
celebrating 25 years of marriage. Family and friends back home think
we have lost it. Living life a little wilder than ever before and
enjoying every minute. Hawaii is nice place to visit but you must be
special and easy to adapt to live here - It's different. Friendliset
people in the world live here and the most courteous drivers I have
ever seen. Average cost of house here is $650,000..... for junk.
Unfortunately no lottery in Hawaii. Love living in Hawaii although
it's been warmer than usual.
Been in medical field all of life.
Cowboys have always been favorite team. Unfortunately have to watch
the west coast teams in Hawaii. Football games on Sunday start in
Hawaii around 08:00am and Monday night football starts around
3:00pm.
I enjoy being part of one of the best all around leagues anywhere!

| 18 HOLES SENATOR |
 | Roy Andrews - I'm a retired French-Spanish teacher from the Boston Public Schools who is lately spending way too much time on fantasy sports. I've very much enjoyed my experience in the PFL leagues as the competition is outstanding. Having had season tickets for the Patriots for 35 years I've seen a lot of really bad football. Hockey is my favorite sport as I live and die with Les Habs; also root for the Washington Nats, NY Yankees, LSU Tigers and Wake Forest Demon Deacons. Guess it's ironic that I most enjoy the couple of weeks I spend every summer at my family cabin in Cape Breton with no electricity, running water or internet!
