TOTAL SPORTS BUREAU

The Bureau was created prior to the 2003 season. Before its advent, the Commissioner was in charge of all the decision-making. Since the league had grown and gotten more competitive, it was decided by the Commissioner to open up critical decisions with league-savy players. In 2007, the Bureau was changed so that it reflected all the sports in the Total Sports Confederation, not just PFL.

The Commissioner is the founder and therefore keeps this office for life. The Commissioner is in charge of creating schedules, maintaining stats, upkeeping the website, listening/responding to complaints, and proposing new or changed rules.

The Deputy Commissioner is the person in charge whenver the Commissioner is unable to run the league due to vacations, computer problems, etc. The Deputy Commissioner will also help out the Commissioner whenever needed. The Deputy Commissioner does not have to pay for his/her membership and also is allowed to have one friend/relative receive free membership for serving this office.

The Senators are appointed by the Commissioner. Senators exemplify the near-consumate role models for others to look up to. They show the spirit and willingness to make Total Sports more fun, fair, and "futuristic". Senators assist the Commissioner with some of the following tasks: voting on rule changes or players of the month, writing articles, keeping forum discussions going, recruiting members, etc...There is no set limit to the number of Senators in the Bureau, nor do current Senators have a set period of serving. It is up to the Commissioner's disgression to remove a Senator at any time. Depending on the level of helpfulness and league spirit a Senator has, the Commissioner may offer free or cheaper membership rates. Senators will also be offered free sponsorship. If they run their own leagues or own a small company, the Commissioner will place their logo on the main site-free of charge.

COMMISSIONER
John Krygier - is the founder of this league many years ago. He has always enjoyed creating leagues with friends over anything. He is not a big fan of Fantasy Leagues because they stress individual stats over rooting for teams. He use to play a pick'em league with the Arena League on the internet which has similar rules to the future PFL. However, he was distressed to find that the league started charging high prices and dropped out quickly. It was his goal to create his own league that was affordable (non-profit), competitive, and fun.

John resides in the great Garden State- home of the largest property tax rates. He's been married to RoseAnn since 2001 and has one son, Garrett, and one chocolate lab, Nestle. John is a fifth grade teacher.

DEPUTY COMMISSIONER
Will Riney - has been in the League since 2006. He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina where he is active in many fantasy sports and sites. He has been married since 2005 and is the proud father of two kids (Thomas and Norah). Will is an purchasing agent and has worked on projects ranging from Power Plants to US Embassies. He roots for the Tampa Bay Bucs, Oakland Raiders, St Louis Cardinals, FSU Seminoles, Dale Earnhardt Jr, Kevin Harvick and Michael McDowell.

SENATOR
Roy Andrews - I'm a retired French-Spanish teacher from the Boston Public Schools who is lately spending way too much time on fantasy sports. I've very much enjoyed my experience in the PFL leagues as the competition is outstanding. Having had season tickets for the Patriots for 35 years I've seen a lot of really bad football. Hockey is my favorite sport as I live and die with Les Habs; also root for the Washington Nats, NY Yankees, LSU Tigers and Wake Forest Demon Deacons. Guess it's ironic that I most enjoy the couple of weeks I spend every summer at my family cabin in Cape Breton with no electricity, running water or internet!

SENATOR
Nate Bishop - has been with Total Sports since 2005 and is a jack of all fantasy games and a master of none. Nate has been active in fantasy / pick em leagues since 1993 and has seen most of his successes in Football. Nate admits he has met his match with the TSC crew as he struggles at times to remain competitive. In his spare time Nate enjoys spending time with his 4 kids coaching baseball and football. Nate has been married for over 15 years and is a Production Manager at an Automotive Manufacturing Plant.

SENATOR
Ron Cyphers - has been in the League since 2000. He resides in Kettering, Ohio. This T-bolts owner has been retired since December 1990 and is enjoying it every day. He has 8 grandchildren and enjoying being with them whenever he can. His PFL consistency has been displayed by qualifying for the playoffs 3 of his first 4 years, while making it to the Finals two times. He enjoys every year he has have played in this League, and the Rivalry gets better every year. He has been a Cleveland Browns Fan since 1949 and his favorite Football Player all time is Jim Brown

Matt Davis - is an attorney in Jackson, Mississippi. He graduated from The University of Mississippi School of Law and has been married since 2007. He loves all sports, but his favorite sport is college football. He roots for all Ole Miss teams, the Houston Astros, the Houston Texans, and the Houston Rockets.

SENATOR
Louis Demian - Lou Demian has been with Total Sports since its inception. He is the founder and president of Luckydogracing.com. He hopes the experience of running his own fantasy league since 2004 can provide some feedback to the Total Sports Challenge operation. Lou is active in many fantasy sports leagues besides his own. His favorite sports include NASCAR, baseball, football and hockey. His favorite NASCAR driver is Dale Earnhardt Jr. His favorite sports teams are the New York Mets, New York Giants and New York Rangers despite the fact that he now lives in the Philadelphia area. Lou and his wife Gwen married in November 2004 and currently live in Marlton, New Jersey. He has worked for Rutgers University since 1999 in the Division of Continuous Education.

PAST SENATOR
Choya Teichelman - is one of the original players in Total Sports. He's been here since 2001.
PAST SENATOR
Frank Ward - has always been one of the more spirited players in Total Sports. 2009 was probably the best year anyone has ever experienced in the confederation with multiple titles and all-around solid playing. Sadly, he left in Spring, 2010 to work on his thesis and take care of an infant.
