I Overview

II Drafting
     A) Unlike our other picks leagues, a player picks a team from each region to represent him/herself for an entire month. No two players can own the same team at the same time, so drafting is used.
     B) For the first set of drafting, a randomizer will determine the order in two regions. The other two regions will be the inverse order of the other two. That will make everyone's draft positions as fair as possible.
     C) It would be impossible to coordinate a live draft. Therefore, everyone must submit their possible choices for each region before the beginning of the next month. Each player will select 10 teams from each region. Within each region, the player needs to put in order of preference. "1" being the most coveted, "10" being the least wanted of the 10 selected. THIS NEEDS TO BE REPEATED FOR ALL 4 REGIONS- 4 SEPARATE DRAFT SHEETS ARE AVAILABLE ON THE LEAGUE SITE.
     D) On the first day of each month, the commissioner will print out all recieved draft sheets. Then whoever gets the first pick for a region will get the "1" team they indicated on their draft sheets. Everyone gets their "1" pick until someone else before took that team. In that case, the Commissioner looks at the "2" pick. If that is taken already, then the "3" pick, "4" pick, etc.
     E) Although the odds are very low, it is possible for a player to have all 10 teams selected taken by other players. In that case, the player will be emailed and asked to select a team from one that is remaining.
     F) If a player fails to submit any of the draft sheets on time, the Commissioner will procede with the draft, except the absentee player will be placed last in the draft, regardless of what their original picking order was. When it comes time to determine a team for the absentee player, the Commissioner will randomize the remaining teams and assign a team.

III Standings
     A) Wins and losses accumulated by all the teams picked during the course of the regular season are compiled on the site's main page. Standings are separated into the four geographical regions. Drafting is based on how you finish each month within each region. It will simply be the inverse order of each team's place.

IV Postseason
     A) Conference tournaments will serve as our league's postseason/playoffs. Playoff players are determined by how well they finish in each of the league's four regions.
     B) The Top 4 in each region earns a spot. If a player finishes first in a region, he/she may choose 4 teams from that region in the Playoff Draft. A second place player earns 3 teams. Third place garners 2 teams. The final fourth place player receives 1 team. This process is repeated for all 4 regions. It is possible for some players to have many teams in the playoffs and others to have few or none.
     C) Unlike the regular season, drafting goes in order from best to worst. Within each region, the first draft goes to the player that finishes first. Then the second pick goes to second place, etc. There will be 4 rounds of drafting, however the number of players drafting diminshes by 1 after each round. (The fourth place player only makes one pick in the first round.)
     D) Submitting draft picks is similar to the regular season format.
     E) Player earns 1 point for each time one of his/her teams wins a game in their respective conference tournaments. After all the tournaments are over, the player with the most points wins the league championship.
     F) In the event of a tie, the players will predict the final score of the NCAA Tournament Play-In Game.
