| I generally do not follow hockey until the end of the football season. I would say the NHL playoffs are probably the best in regards to postseasons in any sport. I also enjoy those Winter Classics games- and the NHL should utilize those set-ups more often. Despite watching thousands of games in my life, I can honestly say I don't understand half of the penalties called, since I never played the game myself. I also have a hard time following the names of the European players. I am a fan of the Devils- and followed them since they moved here to New Jersey and were known as the "Mickey Mouse Operation." Of course after 3 cups and many other great seasons, they remain one of the most consistent franchises since the 1990's. | ![]() |
